….without being obsessed with articles about power-boosting your audience on Medium for millions!

Medium or Large?

I wouldn’t say that I am a Medium-centric human. However, I do generally order a medium size drink or a medium size bucket of chicken even though I am definitely not wearing a Medium sized shirt, ugh. But the pull to learn and connect with new people and new ideas is appealing to the degree of extra large. I write in the present to consider the future, therefore, I am quite large for Medium.

Hi! and thank for reading….

Writing is the Art of Focus

Writing is certainly the art of focus, within an environment where practically everyone now has some degree of ADHD, which makes us focus on what is facing us in the moment, evoking judgmental replays of our past and a somewhat distorted understanding of our future, which would be much more magnetic by being present for our future, now. Not “Be Here Now” but Being Present For Your Future

Being Present For Your Future begins purely with mindfulness, which I humbly define as the non-judgmental acceptance of the omni-present. The welcoming and elevated appreciation for what currently is, even when the moment is highly challenging or worrisome.
